 The Company is working on developing working systems and procedures using the available information technology. The most prominent that has been achieved in this area during the year is the following:
1 - The Department of Information Technology developed computer systems and applications in different business, the results were the following:
• Issuance of circulars, letters, applications and forms electronically.
• Speed in completing work and transactions and accuracy in documentation and follow-up.
• Savings in papers, printers, photographic equipment and correspondence.
2 - Start with the automation project of procedures which aims to link and integrate all company’s systems in order to run the work automatically in an organized way to help improve the management of work and speed of completion and consolidation of the data source.
3 - Development of the process of contacting some of the sales centers and projects serving the Kingdom through the Virtual Networks Service whereas it is knows for its low cost, speed and availability of safe information to be transferred, it also enables centers and projects to transfer all types of applications (voice, video, Internet and data), which increases the work efficiency and productivity.
4 - Implementation of IP telephony technology (IP Telephony) in the regional center for the northern region sails in Hail rather than relatively expensive phone lines.
 5 – Implementation of program of Microsoft's operations manager specialized in managing events and follow-up the performance in different key servers.
6 - To improve wireless network coverage in Haradh project whereas it covered 35 sites which enables employees to access all services and systems quickly and efficiently.
7 – Facilitation to all authorized persons by the company to enter the internal technical regulations and other technical sources in a safe way and at all times.
8 – Implementation of network security in system the sales centers outside the Kingdom to provide a secure IT environment in these centers as they relate to the Internet network directly.
